As you are aware, Zac’s birthday is September 29th and he’s turning 30 years old! We have organized a special birthday scrapbook to celebrate this special day, and it will be sent to Zac. To take part, all you need to do is email birthday@zacharylevifan.com with anything you would like to be printed in the scrapbook. This can include:

A Birthday Message
A Special Memory
A Thank You to Zac
Poems
Etc…

You can also attach a picture of you and Zac if you have met him.

All we ask is that you don’t mention anything personal.

The project will close on September 15th, so please make sure all entries are in by then! This will give us time to make sure all entries are included for Zac.
